Taurus signs Joint Venture with Embassy Group – Press Coverage

Taurus has formed a joint venture with India’s leading office developer, Embassy Group, to develop 2.3 Million sq.ft. of world-class office space as part of the 5 Million sq.ft. Downtown Technopark project. Phase 1 of the Embassy Taurus World Technology Center, Trivandrum will consist of about 1.3 Million sq.ft to be developed in 24 months. The JV will be Embassy’s first foray outside of Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune, an endorsement of Trivandrum’s potential to be an attractive destination for blue chip technology firms.
